About Orion Tech Solutions

Thank you for visiting. My name is Rigel, and I am the founder of Orion Tech Solutions LLC. I specialize in wireless networks, system troubleshooting, and operating system support across Mac and Windows. I also design and develop digital products focused on simplicity and clarity.

I became interested in technology at a young age and spent years helping classmates, friends, and family understand and fix their devices. What began as casual support gradually became a professional practice, and eventually Orion Tech Solutions.

Today the company works in two areas. We provide IT services for individuals and small businesses, and we build our own iOS apps — Thoughts, Heather, Meld, and SBLT — designed around doing one thing without clutter.

My goal has always been the same: solve the technical problem, and help the person understand what happened. If you work with me, I will resolve the issue and explain each step along the way.
